एग्जाम में अब कुछ ही समय बाकि है ऐसे में देखा गया है की बच्चो पर तो एग्जाम का प्रेशर होता ही है साथ ही साथ पेरेंट्स पर भी बहुत ज्यादा दबाव होता है  कि वो किस तरह बच्चे को पढायें और मोटीवेट रख्खे ऐसे में पेरेंट्स समझ नहीं पाते की वो क्या करे और बच्चे पर जरुरत से ज्यादा दबाव बनाने लगते है ऐसे में बच्चा डिप्रेस होने लगता है और उसका पढ़ाई से मन हटने लगता है

क्या क्या होती है गलतियां

-  बच्चे कि तुलना उसके भाई बहन या उसकी ऐज ग्रुप के बच्चो से करना

-  नेगेटिव शब्दों का प्रयोग करना जैसे तुम फेल हो जाओगे , तुम्हारे मार्क्स सबसे काम आएंगे , इस  पढ़ाई से तुम्हारा कही एड्मिशन नहीं होगा

-  इमोशनल शब्दों का प्रयोग करना जैसे - हम तुम्हे बहुत मुश्किल से पढ़ा रहे है , तुम्हारी पढ़ाई के लिए हम बहुत एडजस्टमेंट कर रहे है  इत्यादि

-  बच्चे से उम्मीद करना को वो हर वक़्त पढ़ाई करता रहे

-  बच्चे को एग्जाम के बीच में ही नए नए स्कूल और कोर्सेज कि जानकारी देते रहना और बताना कि वहाँ एडमिशन लेना बहुत मुश्किल है

-  बच्चे पर जरुरत से ज्यादा नियम लगाना जैसे - वो घर से बाहर ना निकले  , टीवी और मोबाइल बिलकुल ना  छुए , पढ़ाई के अलावा कोई और काम ना करे

क्या करे

-  बच्चे के कमरे को  साफ रख्खे और उसके कमरे में मोटिवेशनल क़ोटेशन लगाए

- हर दिन बच्चे से बात करके उसका पूरा दिन प्लान करे और उसको वो प्लान लिख कर दे

- खाने पीने का विशेष धयान रख्खे और खाने में फल का प्रयोग बढ़ा दे

- बच्चे के सामने पॉजिटिव बातें करे और जब भी उसकी पढ़ाई के बारे में बात करे तो पहले उसकी सारी बात पूरी तरह से सुन ले

- आजकल बच्चे देर रात तक पढ़ाई करते है और सुबह देर से उठते है ऐसे में उन्हें सुबह बहुत जल्दी उठने का दबाव ना बनाये

- एग्जाम से अच्छे नंबर लाने पर कोई ना कोई गिफ्ट देने का वादा करे

- बच्चे को उसके दोस्तों के साथ थोड़ा खेलने समय दे और टीवी देखने को  कहे तो कुछ समय जरूर दे

कैसे सुधारे बच्चे से रिश्ते

आज कल ऐसा देखा जा रहा है की फैमिली  में बच्चे पर्सनल स्पेस की बहुत ज्यादा डिमांड करने लगे है वो चाहते है की उनका रूम अलग हो , उनके सारे सामान कोई न छुए, जब वो कमरे में हो तो कोई उन्हें परेशान ना  करे और पेरेंट्स उन्हें किसी भी बात के लिए ना  रोके और ना  कुछ कहे , इस कारण पेरेंट्स पर बहुत ज्यादा दबाव रहता है की वो किस तरह से पेरेंटिंग करे की बच्चो को ज्यादा परेशानी भी ना हो और बच्चे डिस्प्लीन में  भी रहे

-क्या करे पेरेंट्स

- हफ्ते में एक दिन टीवी  ऑफ रखने या मोबाइल और इंटरनेट बहुत कम इतेमाल करने का बच्चो से प्रॉमिस ले और खुद भी इस नियम को माने

- बच्चो की पॉकेट मनी के बारे में बात करे वो पैसे कहा खर्च करते है और कैसे पैसे बचाते है इस पर बात करे और उनको मनी मैनेजमेंट सिखाये

- बच्चो के साथ ज्यादा बाहर जाने की कोशिश करे इसमें कही घूमने जाना , हिस्टोरिकल प्लेसेस देखना या पार्क में जा के घूमना शामिल करे

- बच्चो को शेयरिंग करना सुरु से सिखाएं जैसे गेस्ट आने पर अपना रूम, अपने पुरानी किताबे और कपडे को जरुरत मंद  बच्चो को देना

- घर पर कुछ रूल्स सबको मानने के लिए कहे जैसे साथ में बैठ के खाना खाना , मॉर्निंग टी साथ में लेना

- बच्चो के साथ मिलकर कोई नयी हॉबी या स्किल सीखे जैसे कुकिंग या कोई नया स्पोर्ट्स

- बच्चो के दोस्तों से अपनी कनेक्टिविटी बनाये उन्हें घर बुलाये और उनके उनके घर जाये इसके साथ ही साथ बच्चे को अपने रिलेटिव और घर के आस पास के लोगो के साथ घुलना मिलना सिखाएं

क्या न करे

- कोई भी ऐसा प्रॉमिस न करे जिसे पूरा करना मुश्किल लगे

- ज्यादा महंगे या अपनी पोजीशन से ज्यादा कुछ भी करने की कोशिस न करे

- बच्चे जब गुस्से में हो तो उन्हें समझाने की कोशिस ना करे

Neet Exam  2019 : New Syllabus : Marking Pattern [ Hindi - हिन्दी ]

NEET 2019: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2019 is scheduled to be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019, the online application process of which has been extended till December 7.The registration process was scheduled to be closed on November 30, but it has been extended following the Supreme Court’s order. All the candidates who want to apply can do so through the official website, ntaneet.nic.in. The last date of fee submission is December 8.The NEET is a three-hour long exam which includes three sections – physics, chemistry and biology.Of the total 180 questions, 90 would be from biology and 45 each from physics and chemistry. Preparation syllabus includes the whole of Class 11 and 12 standard NCERT textbooks in the respective subjects. Every correct answer would fetch you plus four marks and every incorrect answer results in a negative mark. Questions that are not attempted do not have any penalty marks. So, choose your battles

wisely, if you do not know a question for sure, do not mark it.

How to get good marks in exams

Exams today have become one of the tools that used to measure the performance of the child. We can always find pressure mounting during board exam days from parents that the child will able to reproduce the answers as per questions asked, a great amount of fear and anxiety from the teacher all the children in her subjects will get thought the examination and finally the whole pressure from all sides makes the students restless going through various moods that he would come up to the expectations of the parents, teachers and society. For the child it is judging factor for life. If he/she does well his/her life will be build based the marks he scores in the board exams and will have great future ahead. I hope few tips would help the child to study better.

1. Prepare a  time table 

The first thing one must do is preparing the time table as per the subjects slot time and follow. If you have only 5 hours  to spare for your study and then you allot subjects only for that hour and be strict in finishing the portions in stipulated time

2. Prepare a flexible time frame 

Make a flexible time frame so that you prepare well the content that you are studying. If you have fixed particular time for one subject kindly stick to the subject and time every day so that you do well in all the subjects.

3. You can change the Time table 

When you prepare the time table you should be mentally prepared for any changes, you may feel after few days a particular subject needs only less time you can cut short that extra time and then you can devote to it the tough subjects which needs more time, so that you can better perform the weaker subjects too.

4. Gradually increase the time of study

Initially, don’t make comprehensive time table for self study. Increase your study timings every week. Start from 45 minutes and then one hour and then latter once you get used to the time table then you can 2 hours and 3 hours likewise…

5. Study every day 

Study every day devote time for at least three subjects in

a day and complete all your class work as per the instruction of your subject teachers. Work more on those subjects, which you feel tough to understand and get good understanding of the content.

6. Study all the subjects every day 

In order score high marks you should study all the subjects every day.  Do not leave any subject for more than 2 days. Every subject should be taken up for study every day at least for some time.

7. Self Study 

Self study is the one that would make you familiar with questions and answers, so devote at least 5-6 hours for self study. Makes sure never stain yourself losing your sleep, Take out and relax after a while when you feel like taking a break.

8. Don’t sit for long 

Set a time frame for each subject, never sit for long, you can also take one or two short breaks of 30-50 minutes during a continuous stretch of 3-4 hrs. of study. This will help you to be fresh and it enthuse your brain for further studies.

9. Refer Previous questions

Have the habit of referring  the previous year’s question papers, sample papers, government model papers etc. be familiar with the pattern s what type of questions are generally asked. Also refer to the model answers also.

10. Go through the answer sheet

Whenever you are given a test in school and get marks, just go through your answer sheet seriously and see where the needed correction has to be done and work out and present better next time.

11. Take care of your health

To study well and to perform in your exam well you need to put extra effect in taking care of your health and hygiene. Exercise; take more of green vegetables, milk and other nutritious food. Drink more water.

12. Get guidance from your teacher 

Teacher is the ultimate guide till you finish your board exams; always seek guidance from your particular subject teacher about your doubt.

13. Do self Tests 

The more tests you write the more you become familiar with your subjects contents .Once the portions are done take sometimes on Sundays or holidays self test by yourself and be ready to take slip test in your schools too to test how far you are prepared for your board exam.

14. Keep your Goal 

It is very important to set a goal in the beginning of the academic year that you are in an important period of your study. Every minute and hour is so precious and keep working till you achieve your dream.

o Sub-editor: Sorting the contents of the material to be printed, rewriting articles to ensure that they fit into theassigned space, improving the language and giving appropriate and attractive headlines will be your job as a sub-editor. Imagination, understanding and sense of news are imperative for this job.

o Editor: Editor is the key head who ensures consistency and continuity of the newspaper or magazine. Your job as an editor would be to present the newspaper in an attractive manner and assure that it is highly utilitarian. Also appointing your juniors, writing the editorial section and leading the team will be your responsibility.

o Proof Reader: Proof Reader compares proofs with the edited copy. Your job as a proof reader would involve completing the final text accurately. For this job you must have detailed knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.

o Reporter: As the key operator of a newspaper, magazine, news agency, radio or television channel, your job will be to report with speed, clarity and accuracy. The sense to recognize a story and objectivity will be vital in ensuring that you act as the primary source of news.

o Correspondent/Special reporter: To be a reporter for a special purpose, you must have detailed knowledge in a single field like politics, economics, sports etc. You must have the ability to interpret and explain the news on the basis of your awareness.

o Writer: As a writer your job would involve choosing subjects and themes, conducting researches and assembling the material to write.

o Feature writer: Writing detailed stories and commentaries on specific topics is the job of a feature writer.

You can do a course in journalism right after you pass your senior secondary examination [10+2]. You also have the choice of doing a professional degree after the completion of your undergraduate course in any subject. A background in humanities is usually preferred.
